LSI was originally founded as an Industrial Staffing Service over four decades ago. Success in the Memphis market led to the expansion of the company both geographically, and in the areas of service provided. Based on the demands of satisfied clients, LSI developed systems to provide full-service staffing in all areas.
Staffing related services included specialization in Temporary, Temp-to-Perm and Permanent Placement in the areas of Office, Industry and Hospitality. These partnerships with local and national companies/organizations provided the opportunity for Human Resource Managers and Business Owners to establish a relationship with one, exclusive staffing vendor. LSI provided a “One-Stop-Shop”, capable of meeting all supplemental and permanent workforce needs.
Continued changes in the role of Human Resource Professionals and economic conditions further increased the demand for outsourcing. In response to these demands for Human Resource functions, LSI further expanded the umbrella of service options available relating to Human Capital.
Today, LSI provides daily support to local, national and international companies. As a Human Resource Solutions company, business partnerships include employee related functions in the areas of Employee Assessment, Training, Staffing and Workforce Management.
